The owner, the partners and the associates of the group provide Interim Management and Management Consultancy Services in the Construction Sector.
The owner is an Ex-General Manager of an International Construction Company, who has assumed responsibility at all levels, in different business units dealing with all process management, resources management, project management and corporate management functions over a period of 30 years.
The owner and/or the partner(s) and/or the associate(s) are ready to undertake or be a member of the management of an organization as an Interim Manager or Advisor to avoid disruption of its business/works, to contribute to the improvement of the business and/or turnaround in the Construction Sector based on their international experience and know-how accumulated over years.
The owner and/or the partner(s) and/or the associate(s) will work with the Client's staff and/or other competent staff of prospective project associates developing a team depending on the scope of the task to be undertaken.
